Sergeant Lisa Pettinicchi, Band Conductor of the Second Company, Governor's Foot Guard, New Haven, Connecticut, plays Taps in Old Norwichtown Cemetery at the gravesite ceremony of Samuel Huntington in celebration of his birthday. Arguably the first president of the USA, Huntington was president of Congress when the nation was first designated "United States" in the Articles of Confederation.
